Through our association with SA Partners, Expression for Growth and the Agile Education Program, we provide a comprehensive range of training, coaching and support to solve big problems.

We believe that training alone does not result in sustainable change. We utilise the OSCAR coaching model to develop leaders and team members after training to help sustain change and improvement.

This Annual Enterprise Excellence Coaching Program provides:

• Personal growth platform

• Personal profiling - DISC & Enneagram

• 12 Coaching sessions virtually or in person (on a site visit for other work purchased)

• External coaching session support.

• E.g. resource development & provision, pre-coaching session information.

• Additional communication and conversations as required.

The investment is AUD$5995.00 ex GST.
